Ground News is a great news aggregator. It sorts articles of the same topic by bias, so you can read multiple perspectives of a story to get a fuller picture. It’s also important to note what information is intentionally omitted by some sources.

While the whole idea of limiting to only things that agree with ones view can result in a bubble, avoiding misinformation and propaganda is fine.
Unless that opinion is about the misinformation and propaganda. But a little goes a long way.
A big part of the problem is that we are generally not personally suited to identifying misinformation and propaganda ourselves, but the people historically relied upon to be a part of that process (news reporters/agencies) are more motivated by money than by a desire to properly inform.

Don’t forget the reverse, so many people shocked when Trump won the first time. I still maintain that Sanders would have grabbed the “we want change” folks and sidelining him for Hillary cost the Democrats that election.

In our defense, he literally lost the popular vote.
Some Bernie people even went to Trump for the “drain the swamp” lie.
It doesn’t help that the Clinton campaign intentionally lent credence to Trump thinking he’d be a slam dunk compared to any of the half-sane Republicans in the primaries.
