“Hello, ChatGPT. if you don’t mind could you tell us about Tampon Tim?”
This really tripped me out and took me a minute to tell what was happening.
She’s majestic.
OMG we need to stop. It’s gotten too real now. The only saving graces are that this is a day old post on Lemmy and so venture capitalists are unlikely to still see it.
But damned if I don’t think Anker could make something out of this.
That’s interesting!! I don’t know! We went to the eye doctor and they confirmed (she didn’t totally believe me). She wasn’t in contact with her father and I don’t know if she ever discussed it with her mom or sister.
Semi interesting story. Was driving my exwife around the city and noted how the color tint on one of the buildings as cool. It was a checkerboard pattern or something in different shades of blue/green. She couldn’t see it and said it was “glass colored”. She couldn’t really get how the glass was tinted a color.
Anyways printed out a handful of these and yep, she had partial color blindness. That’s how she found out.
You start at $30 which is plenty for the product. Hell the single yearly supply shouldn’t cost that much. Then overtime you slowly increase and changed rates for new subscribers.
Eventually you’ll have to implement location locks - can’t ship cables to more than one addresss. Plus you really don’t want people sharing or giving out cables to friends - so maybe the cables need to be smart and somehow phone home?
That would be nice cause then we could capture some user data and maybe target some advertising
It’s just unoriginal thinking. What does every business want? Lots of cash that comes in automatically on a known schedule. How can we do that? Have our customers subscribe. What will they subscribe for? Hmm lifetime speakers? Lifetime cable replacement?
Side note business idea: subscription usb power bricks. We send you a variety of cables that work for everything. If one breaks we send you another. $30/yr
Never worry about broken cables again!
Best to throw that away. Good job keeping it from affecting the performance of your pc.
Speculation on my part but i think it’s the same thing as Boeing really. They didn’t have any real competition for so long and they started cutting out the engineers who innovated to improve stock price.
I don’t give them the streaming plays. I’ll enjoy it if i hear it organically.
It’s sad I’ve had to boycott their music.
STUPIDVIPGUY SLAMS journalists in blistering rebuke of their integrity.
I’ve always thought it meant both
From the top:
Dream Machine Pro Max - This has two HDDs but I’m not using them. I have redundant internet sources, 1G Cable and 2G Fiber. The dream machine can fail over between them.
2U Patch Panel
POE-Enterprise 48 - This is connected via SFP+ 10G to the Dream Machine and is where every device in the network plugs in.
UNVR - This has 4x 14TB HDDs and is where the cameras record. That covers more than 2 months of constant recording at 4K on the cameras - which are all connected and powered by the switch. This connects via SFP+ to the switch.
Unifi Remote Power - This is like a redundant power source for the switches and stuff so if the power supply failed this would pick up.
Unifi Power Strip - everything is plugged in here, you can toggle the ports and stuff on and off which I don’t do.
There’s a bunch of other stuff in the rack multiple piholes and little intel nuc servers doing stuff. Redundant piholes is a nice addition to the network though once you get going.
I think a John Deere letter may be different.
