You don’t open it in steam, and it doesn’t need to be in steamapps folder

If the crack is working, you should be able to double click the .exe file and open it

You can add that exe file as “non steam game” if you’d like

If it opens steam when you double click the exe file, (and gives you no license error) it means the crack isn’t working or hasn’t been applied
