I’ve tried stop using shampoo but my scalp feels super itchy after about a week. Is there an alternative to shampoo that don’t remove skin oil or removes less?

This is so fucking me! I like to listen to ghost stories, crime stories, unsolved mysteries podcasts when i go sleep. I don’t like wearing earphone when I’m trying to sleep but i have to now because it gives my roommate the creeps lol
