Combine the two suggestions you’ve gotten together. Tachiyomi for Android uses MangaDex and many other sources to curate and collect manga and doujinshi. You can configure it to auto-download new chapters, or x chapters ahead of your current reading point.

This is super shitty. I’m in the US and it won’t play… but it played the 30s ad before it perfectly. Fuck capitalism.
