I can’t help but think that Microsoft has decided to proceed in some way that will break compatibility, so they’re done with Mono now.
I know it’s skeptical, but I just have no faith in that company to act in good faith with anything.

For like, a couple years, sure. Then there will be a huge push to fix all the weird shit generated by AI.
I did this.
Is it stupid? Yes.
Did it work? Also yes.
For the amount of time that we’d have power out, it was just way to easy to throw a breaker and connect it like this just to keep a small heater and a light running. If I had the money at the time I would have loved battery backup/ bypass but this cost $2 and an old cord.
I don’t know that valve needs to bring steamOS to other devices. Pretty sure Bazzite is good enough for most folks.
Oh my sweet summer child. The van was brand new at the time.
The whole world used to smell like cigarettes. When the server at a restaurant asked if you wanted smoking or non smoking section, they used to be right next to each other.
A legitimate question. The smoke was from my mom.
My mom had a red 1991, and I puked in it a ton. I remember her yelling at me “I opened the window, all the smoke is going out the window what are you complaining about?”. Long smokey drives that made me so car sick.
Just seeing one gives me the queezies.
My printer can print, but most of the other features are locked behind Brothers drivers. Copying/ scanning from the document feeder and duplex were kind of a pain to get working, and for some reason only work from certain programs.
I was thinking more Planet Express Ship and not Event Horizon, but good enough.
No no, once the space shuttle is in space, everything goes around it. It’s stationary.
I clean out my inbox every decayear.
My hope for the future relies on a study indicating that after 5 or so generations of training data tainted with AI generated information, the LLM models collapsed.
Hopefully, after enough LLMs have been fed LLM data, we will arrive in an LLM-free future.
<this is unlikely to come true but let me hope >
Look, it’s a cheaper hobby than drinking, or outfitting my vehicle. I don’t have the time to retreat to a fishing hole and there’s no hunting nearby.
Yes I play video game, geez.
Ive been burned took many times by hardware manufacturers not supporting their devices. I loved my Sony XA2, but they freaking tanked that thing.
I want to support Motorola, but if this thing is going to either stagnate or lost features on update then I can’t justify it.
Like, I’d understand a free version of Windows that has the ads and bloat, but the idea that people are paying $100 for this disrespect is insane.
My favorite store in the mall was next to the donut shop and I used to have to hold my breath as I passed because it was so smokey.
I demoed a system that let you input construction plans and walk around/ interact with ar wires/plumbing/walls once. But it was so cumbersome to implement it was more like a neat tech demo.
Maybe once the tech is small enough to fit inside safety glasses…
My issue is, aside from gaming, I’m not interacting with the content or data in any meaningful, improved way.
VR for real life is just a series of flat two dimensional screens, usually with a novelty background of a waterfall.
Right now my phone gives me the option if RCS fails for some reason, to send the message again with SMS. I assume that will be the case here as well.
User choice is an accident. Got it.
