Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, I’m a sucker for SRPGs. But Golden Sun is up there for sure.

I don’t think this ever happend to me. I started on the GBA and to this day every single RPG I played on there holds up - might be specific to the genre. I never played much else.
My cat always does this, can someone explain why?
Because when you’re down in life, nothing quite helps like getting fat, diabetes and cavities.
Treat yourself to even more problems!
In absolute numbers, yes, but surely something has to be deadlier (# of deaths / # of apperances). That would actually be a fun thing to figure out.
I’m glad people are finally coming around to this. There is still fun to be had in Skyrim, but it released around the same time as Dark Souls, Witcher 2, Risen 2 and Fable 3 among others. Not all of them are better games, however Skyrim most certainly isn’t the best one.
Sometimes I like to dip the underside of the spoon and just lick that. Works well for any kind of soup that’s been made with an immersion blender, probably works in this case too. (Although, I initially started doing it because the soup was too hot. That’s likely not gonna happen here.)
Sadly enough, I’ve only looked for a few seconds and already found a similar edit to this exact page. At the very least you’ve got some good patriotic brainwashing going on.
They very much are for a lot of people. Lines goes up, you can give yourself a nice bonus payout and if things come crashing down you leave. With your golden parachute of course.
Well, basically yes to every question. Those all amount to waste and that is always a bad thing.
Eat less pizza then instead of wasting food.
I surrender, this time around I didn’t even know you could shorten William to Bill. Next up someone’s telling me Donald is short for Ottobertifurz - honoring his fake german roots.
I knew that Joe could be short for Joseph, it just never occured to me that you guys would address the president of all people with a short form.
That’s the post I found out he’s not literally named ‘Joe’. Would be even more embarassing if I was american, but still.
Doesn’t work, since they are fulfilled sequentially.
Do the opposite of my next wish. -> Fulfilled, he is set to do the opposite next.
Don’t fulfill my 3rd wish. -> Fulfilled, the wish does effectively nothing and he’s got one left that will be fulfilled. All instructions from the first wish are done with and discarded.
Ignore my first wish. -> Fulfilled, there is nothing left to be ignored about his first wish anymore since it’s already done. The wish does nothing and he successfully wasted all 3 by trying to be a smart ass.
You know, Custom Robo is awesome. I’ll gladly sit down, play it and lament the fact there wasn’t a new once since the DS game. That’s way better than watching some random stuff on Netflix.
Yep, I have a lot of AUR packages installed. Never had any problems besides needing to remove a package once to resolve some dependency issues.
Nah, I usually find the solution on the arch website. If that doesn’t work, it’s in the forum - which is usually the first search result on all major search engines for any given pacman problem. Once you’ve found the solution it’s hardly more than just copy-pasting it.
I really don’t get these memes. In about 9 years of daily use on multiple systems I never had anything break beyond a multitude of failures to update with pacman - all of which could be fixed within minutes - and in the early years having to restart my system every couple of months because it stopped recognizing USB devices - after many rounds of updates mind you. I’ve had more frequent troubles with windows. How did Arch get this bad rep?
You might want to know that FF Tactics and FF Tactics Advance are different games entirely, unlike FF V and FF V Advance for example. They couldn’t even keep a consistent naming scheme for ports/new games within the FF franchise.
Now, depending on who you ask, only one of these two is good. I firmly believe FF Tactics Advance is the better game, most ofher people will sing the praise of FF Tactics.
Having played both, just between you and me: FF Tactics has so much jank, I couldn’t finish it despite FF Tactics Advance remaining in my Top 10 since release. It has an awesome story, but there are just so many battles you simply have to restart over and over because the NPC you should be protecting dies before you get a single turn in. And don’t even get me started on the two occasions you get prompted to save your game inbetween two missions - soft-locking your game if you cannot win the second one.
And, SRPG fans are firmly separated by perma-death. Some think the genre needs it and FF Tactics has it. Others, including me, dislike perma-death and FF Tactics Advance doesn’t have it (with few exceptions).
