Ive started using iphones at the very beginning with nokia s60 phones. By the year 2012 I was overwhelmed by notifications and i started to adopt the policy “you need me urgently? Call me” I have Disabled all notifications except for calls. I have no push notifications active and a great phone battery life.

I still use telegram for messaging but on my own pace (messages gets downloaded only when i open the app)

Time to time i watch twitch from an iPad that I use only for that and an ad banner appeared of a weird but useful adapter for USBC. I clicked on it on purpose (first ad I clicked in a decade probably) the link wasn’t working, dead link. I was speechless.

I have a nuc from 2015-2018 and its very bad at heat management. Like during summertime if the AC is not on its going to reboot itself after a while when using it (it can reach 35C° where it is stored) I now have a optiplex micro which is much better but I still want to use the NUC for something else
