Oh my, no. He’s quite dead at that point. Late into DS9 he goes down. I just needed a name to replace Al Capone in the quote.

It sounded familiar but unrecognizable until ‘Capone’. Then I could hear Connery describing Chicago. Kinda wanna overlay that character with Dread Pirate Roberts: “To the Morgue!”
