    I used to lie down and sleep in 2 minutes. Nowadays I sometimes struggle (still rare though luckily). Hope his will not become a “getting older” thing. Anyways, when I struggle I just listen to the audiobook I currently listen to anyway (and hate myself if I forgot to set the timer or at least a clipmark). Works most of the time.
