It’s wild to me that this comic is 8+ years old (I’m unclear on the exact origin) and one of the first times I saw the term “woke”.
Now it’s parroted by right-wing assholes whenever they don’t like something.
The word devolved so fast.

As soon as conservatives heard it, they started weaponizing it. That’s when I heard the word.
I think they finally realized that “social justice warrior” was too applicable to Jesus.
